THE HOUR OF TRIAL Some things are out of our control, Eccl. 9:11-12; Matt. 6:27 Nothing is beyond God’s control, Proverbs 16:33 -Does God know our trials? -Does God act on our behalf? -Does God abandon us? -What Jesus does, Revelation 3:10 -What are we to do? 2

In the hour of trial God is still in control, Hebrews 13:5-6 Submit to Him and depend on Him God still cares about you, 1 Peter 5:6-7 -Never doubt God’s love for you You still have a place of service, Matt. 10:42 -Be a blessing in someone else’s life In the hour of trial 7
