Lockerbie Manor Lockerbie Manor in Dumfries and Galloway is set amidst 78 acres of tranquil woodland and fields inhabited with an abundance of natural wildlife. What to pack – clothing Please label all clothing 5 woolly jumpers or heavy sweatshirts 10 warm t-shirts 5 pairs of old jogging/tracksuit bottoms (lycra dries quickly) No jeans allowed for activities Underwear 10 pairs of socks Old trainers that can get wet x2 Water proof jacket Water proof trousers

What to pack – optional extras Some sweets for night time – NO NUTS or traces of nuts £5 for tuck (coins please) No more than this Books, playing cards and other quiet activities Camera – disposable one

What not to pack Electronics such as: I pads Phones Tablets Games Consoles Hair Dryers Straighteners Chewing gum Football strips/tops Welly boots Jewellery

Food All children will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner A few options will be available Dietary requirements/allergies Manners Turn taking Noise levels Teachers eat too!

Medication Any medication that is kept in school will be taken by the teachers to Lockerbie Manor Parents please ensure you sign Medicine Consent form prior to departure Children to make sure they are responsible for anything they may need on the bus i.e. inhaler

Accommodation- Pod village Children will be in a pod and activity group with at least one friend. Class teachers will approve these arrangements. Pods and activity groups will be allocated on arrival.

Departure – 4th June Arrive at school at usual time with name clearly marked on suitcase Relaxed morning with class teacher in class Break at normal time Lunch at 12:00 (toilet) Bring packed lunch in a disposable bag Begin loading buses around 12.30pm Parents welcome to come school for departure which should be around 1pm No food allowed on the bus Travel sickness – please provide medication

Arrival – 8th June Should arrive back at school around 2.30pm School will provide updates if any travel disruption etc. Children should be collected and taken home at this time
