You can also CC several additional Portal users. Comments would also be recommended so each user could see notes pertaining to the guest. If you do not close a card, it will remain in Open status until you have successfully closed it. You can switch between Open and Closed tabs to filter out the submissions for follow-up. The My Open tab will only display cards that are opened by you. The Open tab will display any card in the open status regardless of who it is assigned to or which user opened it. If you choose to the Assignee an automatic with your notes and the card will get sent to the user that was assigned.
