Week 9: Increase Expenditure in Daily Activities
Find ways in daily life to burn more calories This week we are going to explore the minor changes we can make to increase daily expenditure through non-exercise. For the course of this week I need you to park further away from were you are going, take the stairs, instead of the elevator, go window shopping at the mall, take a walk to decompress from your day, etc. FIND WAYS EVERYDAY TO BURN EXTRA CALORIES.
Lesson Report to me what non-exercise changes you made to your normal routines and how many more calories you burned this week compared to the previous 8 weeks. How many more pounds of weight loss will occur if you make these changes permanent (52 weeks in a year)? Send these answer to me via e-mail. Remember to submit your excel reports.
