Requesting Access to POP on Intel’s Supplier Presence Site - Internal Users Mar 12, 2012
Overview If you are a brand new user to Intel’s Supplier Presence Site, please complete all 4 steps. If you are an existing user, just go through Steps 2, 3 & 4. Step 1 Register as a user on supplier.intel.com Step 2 Request for access to POP application Step 3 Intel Finance Controls team approves your access request Step 4 Email popsupport@intel.com to setup your user role (Marketing/Finance/Read-only/IT) Training attendees may skip Step 4 as their user role will be set up accordingly based on today’s attendance list.
Go to https://supplier.intel.com/supplierhub/. Click on the “Registration” link in the header.
If you are already registered as a user on supplier. intel If you are already registered as a user on supplier.intel.com, click on the “Manage My Account” link. (after this, skip ahead to the Step 2 slides) Otherwise, click on the “Intel Employee and Contingent Worker” link.
Step 1: Signing Up *Please ignore this section and skip to Step 2 if you are already an existing user in SPS
Ignore this slide if you are already a registered user Click on the “Click here to begin the registration process if you are an Intel employee or contractor and you satisfy the pre-requisites as outlined above” link.
Ignore this slide if you are already a registered user Enter your IDSID and click “Submit”. In the redirected page, click on “Continue”. You should now reach a login screen.
Step 2: Requesting Application-specific Access
On the login screen, login with your usual Intel network account and password.
Click the “Manage My Account” link in the left hand menu. If you completed Step 1, ignore next 2 slides. Upon login you will see Slide 12 directly Click the “Manage My Account” link in the left hand menu.
Click the “Request Access to Additional Applications” link.
Please uncheck Intel® Web Suite – Suppliers Only Please uncheck Intel® Web Suite – Suppliers Only. Check on the box for Proof of Performance (POP) – Intel Employees Only Click the “Submit” button.
Step 3: Confirmation on SPS Access Grant
You will receive an e-mail as soon as the process is complete.
Step 4: POP User Role Setup
Once your access has been approved in SPS, please email popsupport@intel.com to map the appropriate user role & geo/country for you. After you receive confirmation that your role has been set up accordingly, please login from https://supplier.intel.com/Sup plierHub/App/UserHome.aspx to validate your access to the Proof of Performance system. SAMPLE Training attendees may skip the above as their user role will be set up accordingly based on today’s attendance list.
