Report Card P Only 4 files are exported in SAMS, but there are at least 7 tables could be exported in WebSAMS. Report Card P contains 4 functions: Extract, Delete, Export, Import This is a improvement of WebSAMS. 7 tables(slots) can be extracted. Each table(slot) can represent data of different ATA. Report P is excellent for user defined report card as it will contain all information for every extract. Report Card P

At least 7 tables can be exported. 7 slots of records provide a convenient way to carry out data maintenance. Report Card P

Select the options The student remark will depend on the options selected here. Report Card P

Confirm to extract the tables. If the slot already contains data, there will be a warning about overwriting data. The data will be deleted before extract on the same slot. Report Card P

Extracting in process. There will be a message to notice users once the extract is finished. Report Card P

Successful extraction. Report Card P

Select those tables wanted to delete. User can manually delete the data. By selecting the right slot, data is delete on slot basis. Report Card P

Confirm to delete the tables. Report Card P

Successful removal. Report Card P

Select the export tables. Report Card P can be exported for modification. And the export file is good as a backup of Assessment data. Report Card P

Export Date specifies when this export occurs. Confirm to export the tables. Report Card P

Download export tables. Report Card P

Store the export tables in zip file format. The zip file will contain several CSV files for the report P data. These files are: 1. ATADEFINITION.csv 2. AWARD.csv 3. COLDEFINITION.csv 4. CONDUCT.csv 5. OTHERASS.csv 6. PUNISHMENT.csv 7. SCORE.csv 8. STUDENT.csv 9. SUBJREMARK.csv Report Card P

Select the import slot. It is different from other import function. Report P Import requires user to enter the location to import. Report Card P

Enter the Description. Report Card P

Enter the name of zipped import file. Enter the zip file location for import or simply use browse button to select your file. Report Card P

Click to confirm. Report Card P

Successful import. Report Card P
