Revision Process – Spring 2013 Teams of 4 th and 5 th grade teachers met to review the ELA Common Core State Standards and the previously revised K-3 CCSS report cards. New items were written to align the Grades 4 & 5 report cards to the ELA Common Core State Standards and grades K-3 report card PAT representatives participated on each grade level team The Report Card format and the Key for Academic Performance and the Key for Effort and Expectations remain the same.
