Substitute Teacher

Mrs. Smith is usually Billy’s teacher. She is very nice.

Jefferson School for awhile. Mrs. Smith is sick. She can not work at Jefferson School for awhile.

Mrs. Jones will help Billy while Mrs. Smith is gone. It will be OK. Mrs. Smith taught Mrs. Jones how to help Billy.

It will be different with Mrs. Jones, but it will be OK. Mrs. Jones is very nice, too.

Mrs. Smith will come back to school when she feels better. Billy can still do his work in first grade.
