What is the Title I Program? The goal of the Title I, Part A program is to raise academic achievement by providing students (and teachers) with additional resources and support for any student displaying academic difficulty in math and/or language arts literacy. Title I teachers support Woodbridge Township’s instructional program by assessing the academic needs of students and planning tiered intervention based on individual student needs. Who is tested for the Title I Program? All students must be tested English Language Learners and Special Education students are included
