The Problem To perform at their fullest potential, athletes should be aware of their diet, calories consumed/burned, and what exercises were done Keeping track of all of these things in different places can lead to disorganization, frustration, and even losing some information that may be needed later

MyFitness Pal- What is it? Allows an individual to enter their weight so calories and nutrients are tailored specifically to that person Food intake Provides a database to search foods or scan a barcode on food box to track what has been eaten Provides caloric intake consumed in each meal Provides nutrition information and key nutrients need to fuel the body Provides recipes and the ability to save them for later use

MyFitness Pal- What is it? Exercise tracker Provides a database to track exercise type, duration, and reps Calculates calories lost during exercise Allows you to synch a wearable fitness device for further accuracy of exercise Goals and progress are able to be monitored Community blogs allow users to discuss aspects of fitness and diets
