Registration Screen Care Center Management This is the first screen after Installation. Enter USER NAME & CD KEY Provided with the software pack & Give User Name, CD Key & Serial No. to the Company and Enter Activation Code as instructed by the Company

Password Screen Care Center Management After Activated Software Copy, This Screen appear each time when you run the software. Default User Name is admin & password is admin. You can change by clicking Change Password Button. Click on Login to Continue.

Main Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the Main Menu Screen.

File Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the File Menu Screen.

Master Setting Screen Care Center Management This is Master Setting Screen. You can set your DCC Id, Dish TV Toll Free No., Free of Cost Cable at the time of New Installation & other details can be set

Distributors Details Screen Care Center Management Here you can enter your details, that will reflect in the whole software. Before starting your work in the software, First of all update your details.

ITZ Denomination Screen Care Center Management This screen show the ITZ Denomination details.

ITZ Blank Card Op. Stock Screen Care Center Management You can enter here your op. stock of ITZ Blank Cards. You can specify denomination wise op. cards and then have to specify the Serial No. of Cards by clicking the button after Op. Card Column

ITZ Activated Card Op. Stock Screen Care Center Management You can enter here your op. stock of ITZ Activated Cards. You can specify denomination wise op. cards.

STB Op. Stock Screen Care Center Management Here you can enter Op. Stock of STB. You can also get STB No., VC No. from Text File.

Backup & Restore Care Center Management You can take the Backup of data anytime. For that give the path where you want to take the Backup. Same way specify the path from where you want to Restore the Data. N.B. : YOU CAN ALSO TAKE THE BACKUP BY COPYING CONTACTS.MDB FILE FROM PROGRAM FOLDER.

Sending Data to Zonal Office Care Center Management For Sending data to your Z.O., specify the path where you want to create the file. After that press Create File button to create the File. After File created you need to send that file by . (At the time you press Create File, a window will appear, in that window you need to press Continue Trial / Continue Evalution button.)

Master Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the Master Menu Screen.

Address Book – List View Care Center Management This is Address Book List View Screen that shows all the contacts entered by you. You can also Filter out depending upon various condition.

Address Book – Detail View Care Center Management This is the Address Book Detail View. Here you can specify all the details of Contacts

Customer Master – List View Care Center Management This is Customer Master List View Screen that shows all the customer entered by you. You can also Filter out depending upon various condition i.e. Dealer wise, City wise etc.

Customer Master – Detail View Care Center Management Here you can specify the details of Customers like Customer Type i.e. Individual, Corporate etc. You can enter Instrument Details and Child Connection Details. You can also specify the Dealer Name & Contact details of customer.

Dealer Master – List View Care Center Management This is Dealer Master List View Screen that shows all the Dealers entered by you. You can also Filter out depending upon various condition i.e. Group wise, City wise etc.

Dealer Master – Detail View Care Center Management Here you can specify the details of Dealer like Dealer Name, Dealer ID, Sales Executive Looking after him, Dealer Group and its Contact Details

Dealer Signage Data Care Center Management Here you can specify Dealer wise details of Signage. You can enter Company wise signage details dealers having at their premises.

Engineer Master Care Center Management Here you can manage the details of all the engineers working under you.

Sales Executive Master Care Center Management Here you can manage the details of all the Sales Executives working under you.

AMC Master Care Center Management Here you can enter Annual Maintenance Contract details of any Customer.

Renewal Register Care Center Management Here you can enter the renewal details of any customer and depending upon that you can get a Renewal Dues List

Call Register Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the Call Register Menu Screen.

New Call Screen Care Center Management Here you can enter a New Call, details like Customer Name, New Installation / Complain Call, Chargeable or not, Suggested Date & Time to attend the Call. You can then assign the call to any of your Engineer, and then get the list of Engineer wise Pending Calls / Completed Calls.

Call Update Screen Care Center Management After entering New Call, you can also update the Call details at the end of the day. You can specify the Co-axial Cable Details, OB Process details, Verifier Key No., Customer Feedback & Remarks, Engineers Observation & Remarks etc.

Call Register Care Center Management Here you can view the list of all Calls & make filtration as per your need. You can Print the calls to give to Engineer and after updating Call Status you can also take the Print of Updated Calls.

ITZ Card Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the ITZ Card Menu Screen.

ITZ Blank Card Inward Register Care Center Management Here you can inward the ITZ Blank Card, for that specify the Denomination, No. of Cards & then specify the Card Serial Nos.

ITZ Card Serial No. Care Center Management This is the screen where you can specify the Card Serial No. of ITZ Blank Card. Enter the From – To No. and then press Add Button.

ITZ Card Activation Screen Care Center Management Here you can specify the ITZ Card Activation Details. Specify the Denomination, No. of Cards and the select the Blank Card Serial Nos.

Available Blank Cards Screen Care Center Management This screen shows the available Blank Cards for Activation. You can specify the range of Card Serial or select any Card Serial No. to activate.

ITZ Cards Sales Register Care Center Management This screen shows the details about ITZ Sales. You can view the complete register and filter the list Month wise, Dealer wise. You can also add more sales by specifying Denomination wise No. of Cards.

STB Register Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the STB Register Menu Screen.

STB Purchase Register Care Center Management This screen shows the list of STB Purchase. You can filter the list Month wise, Sold / Not Sold. You can also add more purchase details by clicking Add / Mass Entry Button.

STB Purchase Mass Entry Screen Care Center Management Here you can add purchase details of STB. You can also get the data from Text file contains STB No. & VC No. that you have purchased.

STB Sales Register Care Center Management This screen shows the list of STB Sales. You can filter the list Month wise, Dealer wise. You can also add more sales details by clicking Add / Mass Entry Button.

STB Sales Mass Entry Screen Care Center Management Here you can add sales details of STB to dealers. You can select the STB No. & VC No. that you have sold.

POS Material Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the POS Material Menu Screen.

POS Material Inward Register Care Center Management Here you can view the POS Material Inward Register. You can filter the list Month wise, Material Type wise. You can also add inward details as received materials from Z.O.

POS Material Outward Register Care Center Management Here you can view the POS Material outward Register. You can filter the list Month wise, Material Type wise & Dealer wise. You can also add outward details as sent materials to Dealers.

Report Menu Screen Care Center Management This is the Report Menu Screen. You can get various Management related Reports.
