E-Commerce Manager Melia Bali Requirements: The main mission of the position will be to achieve hotel revenue targets in digital channels, in response to an important change in the customer segmentation of our hotels Requirements: ·         Participate in the most important melia.com and Meliapro digital campaigns ·         Manage the extra digital budgets ·         Propose new digital marketing actions based on the new analytical tools available ·         Manage content of hotels in all online channels ·         Ensure optimization direct sales channels (room allotments and analysis of price disparities) ·         Coordinate with other regions to optimize outbound business ·         Promote the loyalty strategy at the regional/hotel level ·         Ensure that the contact centre has up-to-date information. ·         Key account management and marketing actions with OTAs.
