Blight Court Process Report a Blighted Property (311) Complaint is routed to Code Enforcement Complaint Is Assigned to Field Inspector and inspections are made Property Owner is Researched and Verified Violation Letter / Court Summons Sent to Owner Blight Court Hearing Judgment issued Post Hearing Inspections Abatement / Cleanup
Condemnations Complaint Received Investigated and processed by Neighborhood Improvement Placed on Metropolitan Council Meeting Agenda Action Taken by Metro-Council Property Cleared / Abated
