History of Network of Care The Network of Care Program was recommended by the President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health, It was developed for counties and communities by the California Department of Mental Health, in partnership with Trilogy Integrated Resources. It represents a transformational use of the Internet by harnessing the information revolution directly for the benefit of the community behavioral health.

How to use Network of Care:

First step: Get on the internet Click the start tab Go to Internet Explorer Double Click the blue e Let your home page load (this will not be the home page for Network of Care unless it was set that way)

Second step: Network of Care site Once your home page has loaded Go to the address (where the web site address goes starts http//: bar and type or networkofcare.com either will work. The following screen will appear:
