Patient Track Level 1 (Intro) 9+ organizations participated AEGIS, Canada Health Infoway, HealthEsphere, Helios Software, HIMSS, Mayo Clinic, TIBCO, Transcend Insights, Qvera All participants were able to exchange FHIR Patient resources and interact with FHIR clients and FHIR servers 45+ attendees at the FHIR Overview breakout on Saturday 12/5/2018

Patient Track Level 2 (Formal) 7+ organizations participated AEGIS, Canada Health Infoway, HealthEsphere, Helios Software, Mayo Clinic, T-Systems Inc, Transcend Insights, Qvera Evaluated TestReport FHIR Resource need to determine if current resource is complete will need further review of the TestReport resource 40+ attendees at the FHIR Testing / Touchstone breakout on Saturday 12/5/2018

Touchstone results http://touchstone.com/ Currently have 190 Test Systems registered FHIR svn Patient Track Formal TestScripts successfully executed by 4 different servers at this FHIR Connectathon successfully executed by 2 different clients at this FHIR Connectathon 12/5/2018

Lessons Learned Patient Track continues to be a beneficial track for newcomers Organizations that leverage the FHIR TestScripts to validate their FHIR systems are working correctly are able to see immediate success when interoperating with other organizations 12/5/2018

Next Steps Evaluate the TestReport resource to ensure it is useful and advance it’s FMM level Use the TestReport FHIR Resource at future FHIR Connectathon events Explore the possibility of expanding the formal Patient Track test definitions to support extensions to the Patient resource Explore the possibility of expanding the testing to include common clinical use cases such as querying for problems, medications, allergies, observations, etc 12/5/2018
