Shang Dynasty Shang Dynasty lasted for around 700 years. During Shang Dynasty, 31 emperors were in reign. It had different capitals, and most of them were in Henan Province.

The Last Emperor of Shang Dynasty Zhou (纣), the last emperor, lived an extremely luxurious life with his wife Daji (妲己), and treated people very cruely. Zhou (周) was another tribe, whose leader was very smart and amiable. He once met a weird old man who’s fishing and brought him back and assign him a very important position. Zhou (周) attacked the Shang Emperor, who had huge armies. But all the soldiers decided they would not fight for the cruel emperor; instead, they joined the Zhou (周) army. The cruel emperor was defeated and killed himself.
