What is Retinoblastoma? Retinoblastoma - (Reh-tin-oh-blast-oma) is a cancer of one or both eyes which occurs in young children. The retinoblastoma tumor(s) originate in the retina, the light sensitive layer of the eye which enables the eye to see.
