TIPYCAL DISHES:ACQUACOTTA THIS IS A TYPICAL DISH OF THE ANCIENT MAREMMA TRADITION. ITS NAME IS ACQUACOTTA. IT HAS GOT A FEW AND POOR INGREDIENTS. IT WAS PREPARED BY THE FARMERS, USING THE VEGETABLES PICKED FROM THE FIELDS.

It was also the lunch of the butteri,our cowboy. it ’s a simple, healty and balanced meal, because it contains proteins, carbohydrates , vitamins minerals and fibre.

INGREDIENTS IN THE ORIGINAL VERSION WE HAVE: EGG DRY BREAD

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, VEGETABLES: CHICORY,TOMATOES,POTATES,ONION,GARLIC AND WATER.

CLEAN AND CUT THE VEGETABLES. IT’S EASY TO PREPARE ! CLEAN AND CUT THE VEGETABLES. Prepare a pot with water, onion,garlig and tomatoes and swich on the cookers.

THEN ADD ONE EGG AND COOK FOR OTHER 5/10 MINUTES. WHEN THE WATER BOILS, ADD THE VEGETABLES: POTATOES AN CHICORY. COOK FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THEN ADD ONE EGG AND COOK FOR OTHER 5/10 MINUTES.

PUT 2 OR 3 SLICES OF DRY BREAD IN A DISH AND YOU PUT ON THE SOUP FINALLY YOU ADD A ROUND OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
