What is a Tornado? A Tornado is a dangerous form of wind that spirals in a funnel shape. on the inside of a tornado, it is calm . On the outside of a tornado, it is ruff . its speed can go up to 300 mph.
Causes of Tornadoes A Tornado happens when warm, wet air meets colder air. Then there is a thunderstorm before the Tornado. A Tornado happens also when wind blows in a storm. Opposite winds create spinning inside a thundercloud. A funnel cloud drops from the thundercloud it touches down to become a tornado. Most places tornados occur are Australia, Europe,Africa,Asia and south America
Effects of Tornados There is nothing left and stuff everywhere. People outside can be injured. All of the below can be damaged: Houses, cars, trees, powerlines, roads, schools, parks, farms, stores, cities, neighborhoods , beaches .

Did you know that on 18,1925, the Tri-state Tornado spun through the states Missouri, Illinois and Indiana? It was on the ground for more than 3 hours and killed 695 people! All tornadoes form from thunderclouds. But not all thunderclouds make tornadoes.
