Revision Process Student Code Review Team makes recommendations AGC reviews, makes recommendations and endorses (with a focus on academically-related pieces) Policy Review Team reviews, makes recommendations and approves Cabinet/President reviews, makes recommendations and approves 19 page document - wide footprint, many levels of approval necessary (all bodies review) AGC historically/primarily provides feedback on academic honesty and classroom conduct

Conduct issues can be reported in several ways: Conduct Report Form (Advocate system also tracks TIX and BIT): http://www.grcc.edu/studentlife/studentconduct/conductreportform Early Alert System in Blackboard Directly to Lina (Director) or Thalia Guerra-Flores (Assistant Director) At the NFI, Lina does training sessions regarding conduct issues All Faculty could undergo training over the Student Code of Conduct Training can be done departmentally with Lina attending department meetings

Table Discussion Feedback Clarifications Request to clarify Lab situation and safety regarding electronics/cell phones This falls under the syllabus policies by the faculty Could also be a department policy posted for students in a program Location and program questions/clarification Off-site-GRCC students are upheld to the student code of conduct The GRCC Code of Conduct is baseline for all students Departments and Programs may have their own Code/Handbook students must follow in addition to the Code of Conduct Middle College/HS students-how does it work if they are suspended from the HS and not GRCC(and vice versa)? At this point, it would be dealt with as a case-by-case basis in close communication with Lina, the high school counselor and Dean Dan Clark.
