What to bring… Sketchbook Image resources Pencils / pens Paper or canvas for your piece Brushes

Works by David Hockney (photomontage):

The plan… Develop an idea in your sketchbook for a drawing OR painting inspired by artist David Hockney. Select an inanimate object as you subject matter. Collect a variety of photos of that object – different sizes and points of view. Using the images, plan out a composition that combines the image – think about elements & principles and Burridge’s compositional designs.
