LightUp Dynamics 365 Brief Overview

Easy access to training via embedded, context-sensitive ‘How-To’ menus SECURITY NOTES: Menus are added on a tenant-by-tenant basis, via a ‘managed solution’ in line with Microsoft Guidelines. They are non-intrusive and do not modify data in your environment in any way.

Three different training options are available for the convenience of the end user ALL LEARNING: Opens the default view of the training portal in a new tab (showing all libraries) MY LEARNING: Opens the view of the training portal that shows the user their own learning profile in a new tab TARGETED LEARNING: Opens the training portal in a new tab and shows the user training that is specific to the entity they are working on

(For example, we are currently working on libraries for Field Service, Finance & Operations, Retail, and Talent). You can create your own libraries and add your own content (truly unlimited) You can also hide (or rearrange) any of our libraries and display groups) You can brand the entire portal with color schemes, logos, and titles Users are automatically logged into the portal – no need for additional sign-in Users browse through libraries or use any of the other features (such as Search, My Learning, and Learning History)

Each library is organized into Learning Paths (These are for the Sales library) NOTES: You can create your own learning paths, either in your own libraries or in our libraries. You can also hide or rearrange the order of learning paths.

Each learning path contains a number of videos NOTES: You can rearrange the order of videos, add your own, or remove our default videos. You can also apply color schemes to the video tiles (to indicate which ones the user has already watched)

Each video is a high quality ‘how-to’ with lots of additional features NOTES: Search includes all metadata PLUS the words spoken in the audio soundtrack for each video History is every video the user has ever watched, with the most recent at the top/left. My Learning profile contains the videos the user has explicitly added to their profile Video can be watched here, or maximized to full screen User can navigate back and forth through learning paths Add To Profile adds the video to the user’s ‘My Learning’ Transcript can be ‘popped out’

Context-Sensitive (Relevant) Learning Based on what the User is Doing in Dynamics 365 1. User is working with Opportunities and clicks ‘Relevant Learning’ 2. The Targeting system assembles videos that relate to the entity being worked on in Dynamics 365
