All students must have one full year of the same Fine Art. These classes can be used as elective credit after completion of the required fine art credit. Choose from the following: Band, Orchestra, Choir, Art, Theatre Arts, Tech Theatre, Dance, Color Guard, Music Theory, Floral Design (Some courses may require teacher signature)

Although you are not required to take a technology class for graduation, you are highly encouraged to use one or more technology class as elective credits.

The remainder of the courses on the Course Request Worksheet may be used as electives. Some are one semester, one year, and some require prerequisite and/or teacher approval. Some require an application and some require more than one period. Please refer to the course catalogue for course descriptions.

Choose three alternate electives in case a course you have chosen is not offered or is full.

Priority deadline for Miller applications is Wednesday, February 15 th in the Counselors Office. For more information refer to the course catalogue and/or brochures in the counselors office.

Course selection cards are due to English teachers by Friday, January 25, Counselors will meet with each individual student through English classes during January & February.

Your worksheet must have sections A, B, C, D, & E Completed. Please write neatly. Remember do not list Miller Career Center courses and do get required initials. Please choose courses wisely, as staff is hired based on your course selections. **If you choose Work Release you must fill out Application and have alternated courses incase you are not approved.
