Executive Order 54 sets a target of returning to 1990 emission levels (~145 million metric tons) or better by 2020, then 80% below 2006 levels by 2050. So the state is moving aggressively to stimulate the markets for renewable supply. Talk about those today there are a mix including education and awareness, rebates, and financial incentives to get this market moving. Has spent X$ representing about 30MW.
