Implementing Community-Sensitive Construction Measures: Pile Driving Reduction Pile install is required for foundation support of the building. La Terra dedicated time and resources to redesign of the foundation to reduce the required number of piles from 100 to only 3. As a result, the pile driving is reduced to a 2-4 day construction process, while still maintaining the structural stability of the building. Minimizing Impacts

Implementing Community-Sensitive Construction Measures: Hours Construction hours will comply with LAMC allowed hours indicated in their “Good Neighbor Construction Practices” guidelines We will collectively coordinate with neighbors to best attempt to schedule construction activity that may be intrusive to avoid early morning hours on Saturdays Minimizing Impacts
