Key program components Unlimited telephonic consultation with HR Licensed Counselors available 24/7 to advise the Human Resources team on the best approach to respond to the event Help develop an optimal plan for minimizing the event’s impact on employees and the organization Our focus is to partner with HR to develop a strategy to address the situation, reduce employee disruption and provide a healing atmosphere 5 5
