Communication is the Key Respect must be demonstrated between all people Relationships must be based on honesty and integrity Give constructive feedback, not criticism Give recognition where and when it is due

Encourage Ethics in the Workplace • Establish written office policies • Conduct proper employee training • Establish equitable consequences • Be consistent and fair with all employees
