OTLA End of Year: 175 tutors working on sub-contracted HF funded courses 175 observations undertaken 80 by HF observers 90 by providers’ observers Grade Profile  grade 1 = 27 grade 2 =129 grade 3 =16 grade 4 = 3 }Interventions

OTLA 17/18 All tutors to be on ebs at start of academic year Continue 50/50 split of observations All observers to be identified at start of academic year Unmoderated reports to be submitted to HF within 3 working days of OTLA Grade 3 / 4 interventions to continue

CPD Focus of 16/17 Teaching & Learning Conferences has been on Prevent/British Values; Embedding English and maths; and RARPA. For 17/18, CPD workshops on a variety of topics will be run around the county and if today’s event is successful we will run one large event Teaching & Learning Conference next Summer

Evaluation Activity Each table, split in to two groups Review and discuss both the current Learner Evaluation Form and the Ofsted Learner View portal questions Each group to add own ideas on table copy, or on to post-it notes, or on to flip chart paper. HF staff will collate, review comments and produce new version for 17/18. NB SEND versions will be produced from QD19, with support from internal Adult Services / SEND staff .
