Project and Program Information and Impact Reporting System (PIIRS) The FY17 data collection and reporting process

The questions we want to answer In which countries do we work? How many projects/initiatives do we implement? How many people work in CARE? What sectors to we focus on and how many people do we reach? How are we incorporating elements of CARE’s approach and role and other key strategic elements? (partnership, gender/governance/resilience, multiplying impact) 1. Are we making progress toward our 2020 goals? To what extent? What evidence do we have to show impacts and effects? WHAT 2. How are we progressing toward our goals? What are some of the most successful strategies, which we would like to deepen? What are we learning about CARE’s contribution? HOW 3. How can we share impact and reach data with external and internal audiences effectively? How can we better visualize and synthesize data? PICTURING THE CHANGE
