WHERE CAN I FIND THIS? https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/ with your DoD CAC for the easiest access for obtaining your VMET DD Form 2586, the VMET Cover Letter, or responses to Frequently Asked Questions about the VMET documents. The VMET documents are provided in PDF format so that you can download them and print them. You can also access your VMET by visiting the VETERANS EMPLOYMENT CENTER on EBENIFITS. You will need to use your DoD CAC or DS Logon to access the website.
