Our teams Student Support Services. University Health Service University Counselling Service Disability and Dyslexia Support Service Student Administration Service Student Support and Guidance SSiD Full NHS GP service to all University of Sheffield students living in the city and their dependants. Additional services include asthma, diabetes and eating disorder clinics Confidential service for students with ongoing or persistent difficulties: workshops, group sessions, self-help resources and individual counselling sessions Support for students who have a disability, long term mental health or medical condition, or specific learning difficulty Registration; student records; tuition fees and funding; examinations and results; progress and student attendance; appeals, complaints and conduct Services to support students: financial support, multi-faith chaplaincy, advice and guidance for mature students, international students and under 18s A 'one-stop-shop' information service for general student related issues. We aim to answer the majority of student related enquiries from a single location. Student Access to Mental Health Support (SAMHS) Central Welfare and Guidance (CWAG) The first point of contact for students to access mental health support. Clinically trained staff available to discuss staff concerns in relation to a student’s mental health Supports students experiencing non-mental health personal difficulties that are significantly impacting on their university experience and ability to study
