Affiliated Providers

Step 1 Our affiliated providers section on our website is now new and improved! Here are the steps on how to select a provider: Step one: Visit https://altruahealthshare.org/ Click on the ‘Resources’ tab located on the top section of the website Then click ‘affiliated providers’

Step 2 Click the blue button that says ‘find provider’ this will take you to the new Multiplan section.

Step 3 The first step on the multiplan page is to click on the green button that says ‘Select Network’ Select the network ‘Multiplan’

Step 4 Click the ‘practitioner only’ section

Step 5 In the search field that says ‘Search by name, specialty, facility type, NPI # you can either put in the name/type of doctor example: family practitioner, family medicine, pediatrician, etc. OR you put in the facility type example: urgent care clinic, children’s hospital, general hospital, etc.

Step 6 After selecting the provider or facility type click the magnify glass to enter in your desired city & state or zip code.

Step 7 Click the ‘OK’ button on the green alert. Your list of providers in your desired area will appear

Step 8 On the left hand side you can apply filters to your search such as new patient status, gender of the provider, languages the provider speaks, hospital affiliations, handicap accessible and many others. Once you select your preference click ‘apply filters’ and your search will then be narrowed down to your preference.
