“Primary Sjögren syndrome presenting as isolated lesion of medulla oblongata” Primary Sjögren syndrome(pSS) is characterized by chronic inflammation of exocrine glands such as lachrymal and salivary glands. pSS should be taken into account in patients with non-specific neurological symptoms.
