Introducing the T7 Point of Care Technology Cart – Humanscale is the only ergonomic company in the POC space and considering Healthcare’s challenges today, we’re the only organization built to understand these workflow and ergonomic issues. We have enjoyed a long history of designing/manufacturing award winning solutions that combat the impacts of technology – that’s our only focus. As discussed, as a result recent studies, caregivers feedback, along with 30 years of experience as the world’s largest ergonomic manufacture/designer, we’re introducing the T7 Point of Care Technology Cart. The T7 Point of Care Technology Cart will change the way caregivers interact with technology and design innovations such as Auto-fit, PowerTrack and our optimized ergonomic tools will improve workflow and ultimately, the delivery of care.

The T7 Series is a modular system, which allows Healthcare organizations the flexibility to mix/match options and technology, so they can meet their requirements today, but giving them a platform to add functionality and accessories as technology and application needs change in the future. In brief, here is an overview of the T7 offering: Powered Carts: both laptop and PC options are available and as your organization technology requirements change, you can re-configure these solutions (along with Battery upgrades) in the future. Non-Powered Carts: These light weight model can accommodate a laptop or PC configurations and these solutions share the same clean lines - design aesthetic. Some minor differences, the bottom base casting is smaller, we’ve incorporated a gas cylinder and because it’s built upon a similar chassis, we can incorporate the accessories options. Hybrid Carts: the Hybrid series offers powered solutions, but incorporating a gas cylinder and the ability to mix/match options/functionality - all depending on the requirements of your organization.

User Interface: Operating the T7 is effortless and all the user controls are positioned directly in front of caregivers. Located on the T7’s Dashboard, the User Interface utilizes resistive touch screen technology and is backlit when in operation. In addition to standard height adjustment controls and pre-set options, the User Interface includes a T7 training presentation (accessed via the Information Button), which gives caregivers is a guided tour of all cart operations. This program is loaded on the T7’s on-board computer and healthcare organizations can also load custom presentations/messages as well. The Administrator Section (password protected), provides a secure area to adjust the T7’s diagnostic’s and internal controls (Screen Controls, LED lighting controls, backlit controls, etc.). To the right of the User Interface, the Power Gauge is also positioned right in front of the caregiver. The Fuel Gauge gives visual (blinking lights) and auditory (beeps) alerts when battery life has less than 20% remaining (which is programmed through the Administrators Section.
