Changes in Loan policy Loans to SHG members in the same SHG- not exceeding 6 members at any point of time 85% of VO credit eligibility to income generating activities instead of 75% Stree Nidhi as channelizing agency for Unnathi Loan requests for all livelihood activities in the VO meetings only Loan requests for emergency/consumption purposes in the presence of 6 members of EC Credit limits depending upon Own funds, grade of VO, no of SHGs affiliated-in respect of VOs in A and B grade VOs Mobile no of borrowing member is captured to ensure transparency SMSs are being sent to all the staff concerned for proper monitoring

The level of NPA shall be brought down to below 0.5% by 10 th March Regular review meets will be conducted with non performing Mandals and ACs concerned. Fortnightly review meetings with StreeNidhi Sub Committee members will be conducted. MS Sub Committee members services will be for : To ensure repayment of loans including NPA accounts. Verification of loan documents. Verify assets created out of loans. Ensure mobilization of Samruddhi and Bhavitha deposits. ACTION POINTS:

ACTION POINTS Conduct special MS EC meeting exclusively for StreeNidhi using service charges paid to MS Unadjusted recovery entries- to be adjusted within 5 days from the date of receipt / payment. Review of cases relating to Misutilization of loans by Project Director, DRDA. Establishment of Business Correspondent (BC) services in the identified villages in each district- follow guidelines for identification of VLEs- involving VOs. Conduct of social audit by SSAT, CRP Audit Institution- from next week- VOs identified will be forwarded to DRDAs along with schedule Validation of SHG accounts- One lakh SHG SB accounts are not matching with banks-unless the accounts are validated, the SHGs are not eligible to access loan from StreeNidhi. Opening of SB accounts by VOs exclusively for making recoveries in respect of Unnathi loans sanction by StreeNidhi.
