CONTEXTUALIZED SCHOOL CHILD PROTECTION AND ANTI-BULLYING POLICY LITTLE BAGUIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

STATEMENT OF THE POLICY

Little Baguio Elementary School shall defend the right of all children, to assistance, including proper care and nutrition, and special protection from all forms of neglect, abuse, cruelty, exploitation and other conditions prejudicial to their environment.

RULES and PROCEDURES in HANDLING CHILD ABUSE, EXPLOITATION, VIOLENCE and DISCRIMINATION CASES

CONFIDENTIALITY In child abuse, violence, discrimination, exploitation, bullying or peer abuse and other acts of abuse by a pupil, whether victim or offender, shall be withheld from the public to protect his or her privacy.

Prohibited Acts Consistent with Section 3 of Republic Act No. 10627, the anti-bullying policy shall prohibit: 1. Bullying at the following: a. school grounds; b. property immediately adjacent to school grounds; 4. Retaliation against a person who reports bullying, who provides information during an investigation of bullying, or who is a witness to or has reliable information about bullying.

PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM TO ADDRESS BULLYING Prevention Programs/Intervention Programs - Little Baguio Elementary School shall adopt bullying prevention programs as stipulated in RA No. 10627. These programs shall be applicable to all pupils regardless of level of risk or vulnerability to bullying
