DRDP (2015) Instruments There are three views of the DRDP (2015): The Infant/Toddler view has 29 measures. The Preschool Comprehensive view has 56 measures. The Preschool Fundamental View has 30 measures plus 13 conditional measures. The Fundamental View only pertains to preschool-aged children. The infant/toddler assessment remains the same.

How many measures in the fundamental view are conditional? 13 Turn to page Intro 9 in the DRDP (2015) Fundamental View. There are 13 conditional measures. © 2015 California Department of Education. All rights reserved.

The 9 conditional measures highlighted in yellow are required for children with IEPs. The 4 in green are required for children who have a language other than English spoken in the home.

DRDPtech and the Fundamental View Programs have two options at this time: Upload the DRDPtech Fundamental View Excel template Select unable to rate for the measures that are not a part of the Fundamental View The fundamental view is not an option inside of DRDPtech at this time. Programs have two options, when using the fundamental view. There is an excel sheet available on the website, with “u” in the column of measures that are not part of the fundamental view. This will allow you to lock the DRDP records. Or teachers can select unable to rate themselves while inside the DRDPtech system. © 2015 California Department of Education. All rights reserved.
