Guidelines For Vendors Accepting Coupons • Coupons are to be accepted at face value by qualifying vendors. • Only permitted items can be purchased with the coupons. • No change can be give for the coupons. Vendors should attempt to provide portions that equal the full value of the coupon. • Vendors must not give extra product or discounts for coupon users.

Farmers’ Markets: Process For Coupons and Funds BCAFM provides you with funds when the program begins and mid-way through the season. The BCAFM will do electronic transfers for payments to complete payments faster You collect coupons and reimburses vendors. You mail the coupons to the BCAFM once a month. BCAFM sends you a final payment at the end of the program.
