January 31, 2017—Bell Work Copy the sentences, label subjects and verbs, put commas where they go, and label them with the appropriate number. Whenever we go to the store my little sister Alyssa always wants a toy usually an expensive one. Most of the time my mom says no. We went to McKay’s on Monday and my mom finally gave in and let us both pick out a few things. After we went to McKay’s we got another treat Hattie B’s Hot Chicken! Hattie B’s our favorite hot chicken place in Nashville always has a really long line of people waiting for all of that delicious food.

Although Ancient Greeks usually ate bread made from barley or wheat they also ate foods like porridge cheese vegetables fish eggs and fruit. 2. Also animals such as deer hare and boars were eaten but they were only hunted as addition to the food supply. 3. When it came time to season foods the Greeks used coriander and sesame seeds. 4. Unlike modern times honey was probably the only sweetening that existed at the time and the beehives were kept in terracotta ceramic pots.
