Mr. Clock and Five N Jive The area that is shaded in yellow on his face means 5 minutes. So we will exercise for 5 minutes. He has on tennis shoes because he is ready to exercise Our exercises are on the poster that your teacher hung up in the classroom

What does Growing Up Fit Together Mean? Growing Up means to get older and bigger. Fit means to be healthy and in shape. Together means working with others.

Try This!!! Ball up as small as you can on the side of your desk. Now lift just your upper body up Now stand on your knees Now stand completely up. This is kind of how our bodies change as we grow. Can you remember when you were little?

Healthy Habits Five N Jive We will go over some different types of activities. You will have to decide if they are healthy or unhealthy for you. If it makes you healthy --- jump 5 times. If it does not make you healthy--- squat for 5 seconds.
