Create a one-of-a-kind Fight Bac Poster using www.fightbac.org. Your flyer should include: A Title 4 Sections (Clean, Cook, Chill, Separate) One symbol for each section to represent its meaning. List 2-3 tips per section A picture or graphic. Color

FIGHT BAC CAMPAIGN

There are four simple ways to fight bacteria.

Clean

Wash hands before and after handling food.

Separate (Combat Cross Contamination)

No cross-contamination No cross-contamination. Keep raw meats, poultry, seafood away from ready to eat food.

Cook

Cook food to the proper temperatures. Use a meat thermometer.

Chill

Refrigerate food quickly. Use two hour rule.
