This figure presents various analytical and decision support tools for genomics-assisted breeding components including linkage map construction, population genetic analysis, quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping, molecular breeding, sampling, integrated pipelines, sequencing-based mapping, genetic diversity, and hapmaps. Different ADSTs can be selected based on their suitability for the experiment along with the strength of the tools.
