We will not be expecting to see must, should, could Aim: growth mind set, resilience, aim high. Teaching backwards: what do we want our students to learn, what is the learning journey to get them there, explain, model, test.

Entry to the classroom Meet & Greet Greet all students at the door ‘and enter quietly, praise and engage positively with each student upon entering the room. The teacher must check the uniform is worn correctly: All students must enter the room in an orderly fashion, quietly and take a seat, taking out their pen, equipment and putting their planner on their desk and KO for 7 and 8 .Students can be recording homework and deadlines into planners upon sitting down. We understand that staff may have to travel from afar and pupils may have a slightly altered routine of lining up ready to go in. Please can staff be prompt to lessons to minimise disruption in corridors.
