Intercellular transfer of tumor-derived HLA-G and CD86 proves immune-tolerogenic in myeloma. Intercellular transfer of tumor-derived HLA-G and CD86 proves immune-tolerogenic in myeloma. Malignant plasma cells in myeloma induce immune dysfunction by directly inhibiting activation of T cells and dendritic cells as well as indirectly through inducing regulatory T cells.
