What is the purpose of the AEFT? To take a comprehensive look at the policies, procedures, organizational structure and resources for Alpha Gamma Delta’s alumnae organizations. To improve alumnae engagement beyond current state of 2% in volunteerism, financial support and sisterhood. To assist the Fraternity in continuing to evolve to capture the talented volunteer resource of its membership, and to be relevant to the young graduate of today. To create a meaningful, Purpose based, alumnae experience for all generations.

What the AEFT has been up to: In the early phases of discussing all aspects of the alumnae experience. Looking at the relevance of all policies and procedures including Alumnae Chapter/Club organization, the Alumnae Leadership Manual, Alumnae 5 Star Program, Reporting, Technology and Newsletters just to name a few. Considering the best practices of other NPC groups. Most importantly looking to members of Alpha Gamma Delta to share their input about the alumnae experience.

Alpha Gamma Delta needs you! Coming soon – surveys to get your input. Now – share your thoughts and suggestions directly with the Task Force at: alumnaeexperience@vst.alphagammadelta.org
