What is a Diploma Type? Identifies the type of Diploma the student is expected to receive i.e. Washington State Graduation Requirements Can add additional Diploma Types for College bound, Vocational bound, or Personalized Pathways
Benefit of having multiple Diploma Types? For each Diploma Type, a Grad Year can only be used once The entire Grad Year must be assigned to the same set of Graduation Requirements when there is only one Diploma Type With multiple Diploma Types Students from the same Grad Year can belong to different Graduation Plans

Personalized Pathway Requirement Locally determined Courses that lead to a specific post high school career outcome chosen by the student Based on the student’s interests and High School & Beyond Plan Part of the State Board of Educations 24-Credit Graduation Requirements
Personalized Pathway Requirement Students must choose a Personalized Pathway and earn: 3 credits in courses related to their selected Pathway OR 1 additional Arts credit and 2 World Language credits
