What they had to say The best part was being able to connect with other food service personnel and sharing and exchanging ways to make our programs successful and feed the children. It helped me with my public speaking and presentation skills I just want to say thank you. One of the most important of it all is the positive attitudes of the instructors and mentors that I love it so much and makes me more comfortable and easy for me to learn! The food waste/plate waste really caught my attention! I intend to create a survey to see what students want
