Our Members… 60,449 Active membership from RI database August 31,2015

The Ones We Lost… 70,085 Terminations according to DaCDb as of October 15,2015

General Retention Rate… 46.3% Active + Terminations divided by Terminations

What We Know… We are great recruiters! We know how to find and enroll new Rotarians. We lose more than half of the people we recruit

What We Know… Rotarians stay for fellowship, networking and service They aren’t getting what they want – the question is: are we not delivering? Or do they not know how to get what they want from the system?
