Rules are Cool! Rules keep me safe!

At school, I have rules to follow At school, I have rules to follow. The rules help us keep safe and happy.

On the road, cars and trucks follow rules to keep each other safe

One rule in school is to talk nice to our friends and teachers. If I don’t talk nice to them, I may not earn fun things or I may not make new friends. If I am mean, I may not have any friends. That would make me sad.

One rule on the road is that cars and trucks have to obey the traffic laws.

If I don’t follow the rules of the school I will not be able to participate in fun things like recess and specialists. That would make me very sad. I don’t like to feel sad.
