ToR for the study on e-certification Scope: INTRA and IMPORT Harmonisation and obligation of e-certification within the MS Participation of the economic operator to be considered 1/3 country to be assisted and integrated, even forced in case of safeguard measures Collaboration with Customs to be studied for the acceptance of electronic exchanges Impact on TRACES and non-repudiation Existing national e-signatures to be considered

Bovine ID exchanges TRACES: correspondence of the number of animals and the ID Passport or ear tag numbers Legal aspects for implementation (à la carte or compulsory for MS) Keep all records for EU traceability Passport digitalisation: study Errors treatment to be carefully studied
